Dave Marquez Hoover Class of 1963

July 16,1944-May 10,2023

Dave was at home with his wife and daughter when he suffered a heart attack. 

Dave was born in Palo Alto, California and was the youngest of nine siblings.  Dave met his beautiful wife, Donna Wood (Hoover Class of 1964) in 1962 and were sweethearts throughout high school.  They were married for 58 years. 

Dave and Donna have two loving daughters, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  They have made their home in an Escondido retirement community for the last eleven years.

He will be missed by both family and many friends.
